EVENT RELATED GENERAL GUIDELINES OR ADVOSIRY FOR THE VISITORS

  1. This badge is valid for Fi India 2024 at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, Bengaluru only on event days.
  2. The badge is not valid for entry if torn or disfigured.
  3. Carry the E – badge (received through email or SMS) and present the same for scanning purpose while entering the exhibition. No entry in the exhibition will be granted in the absence of valid E – badge.
  4. This badge is for personal use only and is not transferable.
  5. Individuals below 18 years of age and infants in arms are strictly not allowed inside the exhibition hall.
  6. Individuals must present a valid, current government-issued photo ID proving their identity at any entry point, as requested by the organizer or its assigned staff at any given point within the venue.
  7. The rights of admission are reserved with the organizers
  8. The organizers reserve the right to frisk the badge holders at the entrance and exhibition venue for security reasons. Your co-operation is solicited.
  9. The badge must be worn and displayed prominently at all times during your stay at the exhibition site.
  10. Entry restricted for attendees wearing shorts, Baniyan & Slippers.
  11. Avoid spitting anywhere while inside the exhibition venue. A fine of INR 1,000/- will be payable, including other disciplinary action at the organizers sole discretion will be taken for failure to follow the rule.
  12. Cameras, bottles, cans or tins are not allowed inside the exhibition venue.
  13. Photography & videography is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the organizers.
  14. Food & Beverages are not permitted to be taken in the exhibition hall.
  15. The organizers do not take the responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings. Any theft /loss of the same will not be entertained by the organisers under any circumstances.
  16. The consumption of banned substances (cigarettes, chewing tobacco, electric cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the exhibition venue.
  17. Students from relevant industries with valid institute ID (only 18 years and above) will be granted entry from 12.30 p.m. onwards in Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, Bengaluru on 27th September, 2024 only.
  18. Follow all applicable guidelines as are printed on the backside of the visitor’s badge or exhibitor’s booking form including visitor’s terms and conditions as are provided under Informa’s official website - www.informamarkets.com, as amended from time to time.
  19. The event is subject to force majeure conditions.
  20. While visiting the Exhibition, the visitors are requested to comply with all COVID -19 related guidelines, issued by the Central & State Government authorities, as amended from time to time.

  22. Mandatorily carry with them anyone (01) of the Government issued photo identity card such as PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport etc. ("Identity Card”). Passport is to be mandatorily provided by the foreign nationals. The mentioned Identity Card is to be presented at the request of the Organisers or by any of its assigned staff.
